Heavy Minerals Project

The Bijagós Archipelago hosts significant heavy-mineral placer deposits formed along coastal sands. Detailed geological prospecting across 21 islands identified 16 mineralized zones with ilmenite, magnetite, rutile, zircon, and garnet. The project benefits from shallow mineral layers, easy access, and flat terrain, making it suitable for rapid development and low-cost extraction
